他汀类强化降脂治疗对行PCI术双心病患者焦虑、抑郁状态的影响研究

Influence of statins intensive lipid-lowering therapy on anxiety and depression of patients with coronary heart disease and psychological disease undergoing PCI

目的探讨他汀类强化降脂治疗对行PCI术双心病患者焦虑抑郁状态的影响。方法选取2014年1月~2017年1月我院收治的63例冠心病行PCI术且合并焦虑抑郁患者作为研究对象,比较患者给予他汀类强化降脂治疗前及治疗后8周的焦虑抑郁程度及SAS、SDS评分。结果强化降脂治疗后,患者的焦虑程度轻于治疗前,SAS评分高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。强化降脂治疗前后,患者的抑郁程度及SDS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论他汀类药物强化降脂治疗可能会加重行PCI术双心病患者的焦虑程度,对于这部分患者应谨慎给予他汀类强化降脂治疗,选用小剂量或中等强度他汀降脂治疗进一步观察患者的焦虑抑郁状态变化更为适宜。

Objective To study the influence of statins intensive lipid-lowering therapy on anxiety and depression of patients with coronary heart disease and psychological disease undergoing PCI.Methods A total of 63 patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI with anxiety and depression treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January2017 were selected as subjects.The level of anxiety and depression,the SAS and SDS scores were compared before and after patients were treated with statins intensive lipid-lowering therapy for eight weeks.Results The patients after statins intensive lipid-lowering therapy were less anxious than before treatment,and the SAS score was higher than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The degree of depression and SDS score were compared before and after statins intensive lipid-lowering therapy,and the differences were not statistically significant（P 〉0.05）.Conclusion Statins intensive lipid-lowering therapy may worsen the anxiety condition of patients with heart disease and psychological disease undergoing PCI.For such patients,the statins intensive lipid-lowering therapy should be carried out carefully,and it would be more appropriate to use statins with small dose or moderate intensity to investigate the influence on anxiety and depression.
