康复消炎栓联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation

目的探讨康复消炎栓联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年4~12月收治的93例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(46例)与观察组(47例)。对照组采用单一抗生素给药治疗,观察组采用康复消炎栓联合抗生素治疗。比较两组的总有效率、起效时间、用药时间、不良反应发生率和复发率。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的起效时间与用药时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率稍高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康妇消炎栓联合抗生素治疗妇科盆腔炎的效果优于单一抗生素治疗,可明显改善患者的临床症状,推荐使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods Ninety-three patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory treated in our hospital from April to December 2016 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group（46 cases） and the observation group（47 cases） according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with a single antibiotics,and the observation group was treated with Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with antibiotics.The total effective rate,effective time,medication time,the incidence of adverse reaction and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The effective time and medication time in patients of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was slightly higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with antibiotics in the treatment of gynecologic pelvic inflammatory disease is better than that of single antibiotics treatment,which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and it is recommend to use.
