延续护理在鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术患者中的应用价值

The value of continuous nursing in patients with dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscopy

目的探讨延续护理在鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术患者中的应用价值。方法选取2014年1月~2016年12月我院收治的120例鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术患者,用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组60例。观察组采用延续性护理干预,对照组采用常规护理干预,比较两组患者的总满意度、总依从率、流脓症状消失时间、溢泪症状消失时间、泪道冲洗不通畅率、生活质量量表评分。结果观察组患者总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者溢泪症状消失时间、流脓症状消失时间短于对照组,泪道冲洗不通畅率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术患者实施延续性护理干预效果显著。

Objective To explore the value of continuous nursing in patients with dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscopy.Methods From January 2014 to December 2016,120 patients with dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscopy were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with continuous nursing intervention,while the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention.The total satisfaction,total compliance rate,the disappearance time of pyorrhea symptoms,the disappearance time of epiphora symptoms,the obstruction rate of lacrimal passage irrigation and the score of quality of life scale were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.In the observation group,the disappearance time of epiphora and pyorrhea was shorter than that in the control group,and the rate of lacrimal irrigation obstruction was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of continuous nursing intervention on endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy is significant.
