甲醛校正曲线制作方法探讨

摘要 乙酰丙酮试剂显色是甲醛测试中的关键点,为了提高甲醛检测的准确性,通过测定不同时间乙酰丙酮试剂的乙值、甲醛理论含量和甲醛标准曲线及校正曲线含量的偏差,分析了乙酰丙酮试剂的衰减情况及衰减程度,并提出了甲醛校正曲线的制作方法。结果表明,乙酰丙酮试剂的乙值随着时间的增加而增加,显色甲醛的能力越来越弱;建议正常情况下一周左右制作一次校正曲线,校正乙酰丙酮试剂的衰减需分阶段做甲醛校正曲线,乙值为0.065~0.075,0.075~0.085分别制作校正曲线。 The coloration of acetylacetone reagent is the key point in the test of formaldehyde. In order to im-prove the accuracy of formaldehyde detection, the attenuation and attenuation degree of acetacetone reagent are ana-lyzed by measuring the b value (Absorbance value) of acetylacetone reagent at different time, the theoretical content of formaldehyde and the standard curve of formaldehyde and the deviation of the calibration curve. The method of making the correction curve of formaldehyde is produced. The results show that the b value of acetacetone reagent increases with time, and the ability of acetone reagent to color formaldehyde is getting weaker and weaker. It is suggest that a correction curve should be done around the normal condition for a week or so, and the correction of acetacetone reagent attenuation should be made in a phase of formaldehyde correction curve, and the 0.065 ? 0.075 should make a correction curve. The b value 0.075? 0.085 has to do a correction curve.
