摘要
从决策分析层、运营管理层和业务操作层3方面分析工厂顶层信息化设计;讨论网络设计预设预埋及细纱机、喷气织机生产数据采集监控系统;介绍ERP管理系统在棉纺企业中的应用。文章表明,转移棉纺企业信息化是一个复杂的过程,要重视顶层设计,注重生产过程控制,采用ERP行业性成熟软件等,棉纺企业转移不是简单的搬迁,而是在搬迁的过程中进行企业的升级改造。
From three aspects of the decision analysis layer, the operation management layer and the business operation layer, the paper analyzes the information design of the top layer of the factory, discusses the preset pre- mbedding of the network design and the monitoring and control system of the spinning machine and the jet loom production data collection, and introduces the application of the ERP management system in the cotton textile enterprise. The paper shows that it is a complicated process to transfer the informatization of cotton spinning enterpri-ses. It is necessary to pay attention to the top level design, pay attention to the control of the production process, and adopt the ERP industrial mature software. The transfer of cotton textile enterprises is not a simple move, but the upgrading and transformation of the enterprises in the process of relocation.
