高山高湿地区开关柜绝缘性能评估及故障隐患分析治理 被引量:8

摘要 贵州电网公司高压开关柜运行在高山高湿地区,开关柜内部容易发生绝缘故障,导致开关柜损坏,对电网安全稳定运行造成极大的影响。2015年对开关柜绝缘事故进行专项治理,通过专项事故调查、大范围开展开关柜局部放电测试和典型变电站的开关柜专项治理工作等,找到了10 kV、35 kV开关柜绝缘故障原因并采取相应措施进行整改。针对贵州高湿高寒的地域特点,根据研究成果编制了贵州电网公司开关柜技术规范书,提高了开关柜的绝缘性要求,提出了开关柜本质安全的观点,从源头上提升设备的本质安全是保障设备安全运行的首要条件。对存量的开关柜有一套完整的整治措施,通过治理和整改,贵州电网公司开关柜绝缘故障大幅下降,在开关柜的绝缘化改造方面取得了较好的成效和经验。 This article mainly introduced theGuizhou Power Grid high-voltage switchgear running in high humidity area,internalinsulation of switchgear failure easily, lead to damage of switchgear, influence the safe and stable operation of power gridsgreatly. Beginning in 2015 a special project of switchgear insulation accident,through special accident investigation,greater scope forswitchgear partial discharge test and typical substation switchgear work and so on,the reasons for insuswitchgear were found,and corresponding measures were taken to rectify them. In accordance with the geographical features of the cold and humidity in Guizhou,Guizhou Power Grid is compiled according to the research results switchgear specification book,improved the switchgear insulation requirements,puts forward the switchgear essence safety point of view,the essence of the lifting equipment safetyfrom the source is the first condition of ensuring the safe operation of the equipment. Switch cabinet of stock a complete set of control measures,through the governance and rectification,Guizhou Power Grid switchgear insulation fault has fallen sharply,the switchgear insulation reform has achieved good results and experience.
