有氧康复运动联合心理康复疗法在围术期乳腺癌患者中的应用效果

Effect of aerobic rehabilitation combined with psychological rehabilitation therapy in perioperative patients with breast cancer

目的探究有氧康复运动联合心理康复疗法在围术期乳腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1~9月在我院住院的围术期乳腺癌患者140例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和康复组,每组各70例。两组患者实施乳腺癌术后放化疗对症的常规治疗,对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上行基本认识教育和自主运动训练,康复组患者在常规治疗基础上行有氧康复运动联合心理康复疗法,有氧康复运动治疗包括气功和舞蹈练习两方面,心理康复疗法包括提高认知、聆听音乐、意念放松等。对两组患者进行为期2周的连续治疗。并对治疗后两组患者的综合体质情况、抑郁情绪等进行比较分析。结果两组患者干预后在综合体质情况、抑郁情绪等较干预前均有明显改善,且康复组的改善程度较对照组更加显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有氧康复运动联合心理康复疗法可减轻围术期乳腺癌患者疼痛,促进其康复具有良好的临床效果。

Objective To investigate the application of aerobic rehabilitation combined with psychological rehabilitation therapy in patients with perioperative breast cancer.Methods A total of 140 patients with perioperative breast cancer hospitalized in our hospital from January to September 2017 were selected.They were divided into control group（70 cases） and rehabilitation group（70 cases） according to random number table method.The conventional treatment of symptomatic postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy for breast cancer patients in both groups was performed.The control group patients were received basic cognitive education and voluntary exercise training on the basis of routine treatment.The rehabilitation group patients were received aerobic rehabilitation exercise combination of psychological rehabilitation therapy on the basic of routine treatment,aerobic rehabilitation exercise including qigong and dance practice,psychological rehabilitation therapy,including improving cognition,listening to music,relaxation of ideas and so on.Two groups of patients were treated for two weeks of continuous treatment.The differences between the two groups in the comprehensive physical condition,depression,QLQ-C30 score and inflammatory factors were compared and analyzed.Results After intervention,the two groups of patients had significantly improved physical quality,depression,QLQC30 score,and the degree of improvement in the rehabilitation group were more significant than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Aerobic rehabilitation combined with psychological rehabilitation therapy can reduce the pain and promote the recovery of patients with breast cancer during perioperative period.
