按病种分值付费对医院病案管理工作的影响及对策

Impacts and countermeasure of per disease scoring of medical insurance on management of Medical record

广东省惠州市于2018年1月1日开始实行"总额控制下按病种分值结算"住院费用的结算方法。新的结算方法以主要诊断的ICD-10码为参考标准,迫使医院必须加强病案首页管理,规范医疗信息上传。本研究主要对此结算办法的实施背景及对医院病案管理的要求和应对措施进行阐述和分析,以便更好地应对医保支付制度的改革。

On January 1,2018,Huizhou,Guangdong province began to implement the method of settlement of the hospitalization expenses under the total control of the disease.The new settlement method takes the main diagnostic icd-10 code as the reference standard,forcing the hospital to strengthen the management of the home page of medical records,and standardize medical information upload.This study mainly focuses on the implementation background of the settlement method and the requirements and countermeasures of hospital case management,so as to better cope with the reform of the insurance payment system.
