循证护理模式在预防血液透析深静脉留置导管相关并发症中的应用研究

Application study of evidence-based nursing mode for the prevention of deep venous catheter-related complications during hemodialysis

目的研究血液透析患者在留置深静脉导管治疗期间接受循证护理干预,以预防相关并发症的临床价值。方法选取2015年9月~2017年9月我院接受血液透析治疗的92例患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组46例。对照组在留置深静脉导管治疗期间实施常规透析护理干预;观察组在留置深静脉导管治疗期间实施循证护理干预。比较两组患者在留置深静脉导管期间出现的相关并发症例数、在护理干预前后肾功能相关指标水平的改善幅度、对血液透析留置深静脉导管治疗期间临床护理的满意度。结果观察组患者留置深静脉导管期间出现的相关并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理干预后肾功能相关指标水平的改善幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者血液透析留置深静脉导管治疗期间临床护理的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液透析患者在留置深静脉导管治疗期间接受循证护理干预,可以有效预防相关并发症的产生,大幅度改善患者的肾功能,使患者对护理服务的满意度水平提高。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of evidence-based nursing intervention on the prevention of deep venous catheter-related complications in hemodialysis patients.Methods From September 2015 to September 2017,92 cases of hemodialysis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,46 cases in each group.The control group received routine dialysis nursing intervention during the treatment of indwelling deep venous catheter.Evidence-based nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group during the treatment of indwelling deep venous catheter.The number of complications,the improvement of renal function before and after nursing intervention,and the satisfaction of clinical nursing during the treatment of hemodialysis patients with indwelling deep venous catheter were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The improvement range of renal function related indexes in the observation group after nursing intervention was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total satisfaction of clinical nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For hemodialysis patients during deep venous catheter indwelling,evidence-based nursing intervention can effectively prevent the occurrence of related complications,greatly improve the renal function and increase the patient′ s satisfaction on nursing services.
