精细化护理在老年糖尿病足患者伤口护理中的效果

Effect of intensive nursing in wound care of senile patients with diabetic foot

目的探讨精细化护理在门诊老年糖尿病足伤口护理中的效果。方法选取2016年10月~2017年10月我院门诊接受治疗的糖尿病足患者80例,采用奇偶数分组法将患者分为对照组、实验组,每组40例。对照组患者接受常规护理;实验组患者接受精细化护理。比较两组患者护理满意度和焦虑评分结果的差异。结果实验组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理干预前,两组患者焦虑评分的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,实验组患者的焦虑评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者的足部病情比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,实验组患者的足部病情好转程度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病足患者接受精细化护理干预,可提高患者对护理工作的满意率,有效改善其心理状态,促进患者病情的缓解,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of intensive nursing in elderly patients with diabetic foot wounds.Methods From October 2016 to October 2017,80 patients with diabetic foot in outpatient department of our hospital were selected and divided into control group and experimental group with 40 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing.Patients in the experimental group received meticulous nursing.The difference of nursing satisfaction and anxiety score between the two groups was compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Before nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in anxiety score between the two groups（P〉0.05）.After nursing intervention,the anxiety score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Before nursing,there was no significant difference in foot condition between the two groups（P〉0.05）.After nursing, the improvement degree of foot condition in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Elderly patients with diabetic foot Intensive nursing intervention can improve the patient satisfaction rate of nursing work,effectively improve their psychological status and promote the alleviation of the patient′s condition,it is worth promoting the application.
