舒适护理在乳腺癌患者围术期的应用效果

Application effect of comfort nursing on perioperative period of breast cancer patients

目的探讨舒适护理在乳腺癌患者围术期护理中的临床应用效果。方法选取2015年1月~2017年10月我院收治的乳腺癌患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(围术期行常规护理)、试验组(围术期行舒适护理),每组30例。观察并比较两组术后并发症发生情况及生活质量、护理满意度。结果对照组并发症发生率显著高于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组护理满意度显著低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的SCL-90评分[(46.4±5.3)分]显著低于对照组[(69.2±3.7)分],差异有统计学意义(t=19.3201,P=0.0000)。结论乳腺癌患者围术期护理中应用舒适护理,有利于预防和减少术后并发症,提高手术效果,值得临床选择和普及应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of comfort nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with breast cancer.Methods Sixty cases of breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into control group（perioperative routine nursing） and experimental group（perioperative comfortable nursing）,30 cases in each group.The incidence of postoperative complications,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of the control group was significantly lower than that of the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The scores of SCL-90（[46.4±5.3]points） in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（[69.2±3.7]points）,the difference was statistically significant（t=19.3201,P=0.0000）.Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with breast cancer is beneficial to prevent and reduce postoperative complications and improve the effect of operation.It is worthy of clinical selection and popularization.
