摘要 药物筛选是新药研发过程中最为重要的阶段之一,而选择合适的筛选模型可以有效缩短时间、降低成本和提高效率.进入21世纪以来,药物筛选技术正朝着快速、高效的细胞水平筛选方面发展.以活细胞作为靶点的筛选模型,具有与生理内环境接近、微型化和高通量化等优点.而3D细胞模型较2D细胞模型,具有更接近机体环境的优势,是目前正在高速发展的一项新技术.主要论述了几种疾病的3D细胞药物筛选模型及其近年来的应用,为后续研究者们选择筛选模型提供参考. Drug screening is one of the most important stages in the process of new drug development.An appropriate screening model can effectively shorten time,reduce costs and improve efficiency.Since the 21 st century,drug screening technology has been developed rapidly and efficiently in cell-level.The living cells were used as target,which has the advantage of real physiological environment miniaturization and high-throughput.Compared with the 2 D cell model,the 3 Dcell model has the advantage of being closer to the organism environment.This review mainly discusses several different types of 3 D cell models and their applications in recent years.
