基于回归分析股票价格与沃尔综合评分相关性的实证探讨

An empirical study on correlation between stock price and Wall composite score based on regression analysis

沃尔评分法是评价企业财务状况的常用方法之一,股票价格是证券市场上所有投资者最为关心的话题,且其通常与企业的财务状况、经营业绩成正相关。本文遵循行业划分标准,选取85家深证上市房地产企业的数据,选取衡量企业财务状况10种财务比率及对应的股票价格进行实证分析,然后求出各个企业的沃尔综合评分。最后运用EVIEWS软件,对股票价格与沃尔综合评分进行线性回归分析,研究股票价格与沃尔综合评分相关性以及沃尔评分法衡量企业财务状况的有效性。

The Wall score method is one of the most commonly used methods to evaluate the financial status of an enterprise. The stock price is a topic of most concern to all investors in the stock market. It is usually related to the financial status and operating performance of the company. This article follows the classification standard of old industries, selects the data of 85 listed real estate enterprises in Shenzhen and selects 10 kinds of financial ratios to measure the financial status of enterprises and the corresponding stock prices for empirical analysis. Then I calculate each company＇s Wall composite score. Finally,EVIEWS software is used to conduct a linear regression analysis of the stock price and Wall composite score to study the correlation between the stock price and Wall composite score and the validity of the Wall score method to measure the financial status of the enterprise.
