摘要
叙述了地下排屑集中处理系统,排屑系统需求分析,分析排屑系统功能概述、控制原理,以及基于PLC的排屑控制系统总体网络设计;分析地下排屑PLC系统的总体设计,利用计算机可视化平台与PLC弱电控制技术充分结合,由计算机发出控制指令,PLC接收指令并根据设定好的逻辑流程,控制铁屑的运输,完成从铁屑收集、自动排屑、铁屑运输、铁屑分类的自动控制。着重对纵向小车进行了具体电气设计。
A brief description of the purpose and significance of the topic,chip of system demand analysis,system function analysis,overview of chip control principle,and based on chip control system overall design of PLC network; analysis of overall design of underground chip PLC system,The chip central processing system.By using the computer visualization platform combines PLC and weak control technology,computer sends control commands,receive instructions and PLC according to the logic process set,control of iron transport,complete automatic control,automatic chip removal from scrap collection,transportation,classification of iron filings.focusing on the car body with longitudinal electrical design.
