摘要
4-苄氧基苯胺是嘌呤衍生物2-[(4-苄氧基)苯胺基]-6-环己胺基嘌呤重要的中间体,分别采用4-硝基苯酚和对乙酰氨基酚为原料,通过两条路线合成4-苄氧基苯胺。对反应条件进行了优化,探讨了原料配比、反应温度和反应时间对产物收率的影响。结果表明,以对乙酰氨基酚为原料的合成路线,反应过程简单,易操作,收率达到84.6%。产物结构经~1H NMR表征。
4-Benzyloxy-aniline was an important intermediate of 2-[(4-benzyloxy)anilino]-6-cyclohexylamino purine.The compound of 4-benzyloxy-aniline was synthesized by two routes from 4-nitro phenol and acetaminophen respectively.The reaction conditions were optimized,and the effects of raw material ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time on product yield were discussed.The results showed that the reaction process by taking acetaminophen as the raw material was simple and easy to operate,with a high yield of 84.6%.The products structure were confirmed by ^1H NMR characterization.
