Microwave digestion of Icp-ms determination of heavy metals in honey

采用微波消解法处理蜂蜜样品,建立了ICP-MS测定蜂蜜中重金属含量的定量分析方法。5种重金属标准曲线的相关系数在0.9987~0.9995之间;方法的检出限在1.106×10-4~1.637×10-2μg·g-1;其相对标准偏差在2.15%~7.98%以内;方法的回收率为:96.90%~105.40%。

Using microwave digestion method to process honey samples,a quantitative analysis method was established for the determination of heavy metals in honey by Icp-ms.The correlation coefficients of the five heavy metal standard curves were between 0.998 7 and 0.999 5.The method was limited to 1.106×10^-4-1.637×10^-2 μg·g^-1;Its relative standard deviation is within 2.15%-7.98%.The recovery rate of the method was 96.90%-105.40%.
