摘要
以通海阀箱消声器为对象,研究船舶设备抗冲击分析方法,重点介绍等效静力法、动态设计计算法(DDAM)和时域动力分析法。按照德军标BV0430/85的要求,通过三维建模软件对通海阀箱消声器进行建模划分网格,在ANSYS环境中进行抗冲击分析仿真,并在第三方实验室对消声器进行了冲击试验。所得计算结果与试验结论对开展船舶设备抗冲击分析提供了一定的参考。
Impact resistance analysis methods of ship equipment based on sea chest silencers were studied. Equivalent static method, DDAM and time-domain dynamic analysis method were highlighted. The silencer was modeled by threedimensional modeling software and divided into grids by hypermesh. In the ANSYS environment, the impact analysis simulation was carried out, and the impact test of the silencer was done. The calculated results and test conclusions provided some reference for the impact analysis of the ship equipment.
