管道阀门共振腔气动噪声特性及规律研究 被引量:3

摘要 以管道阀门共振腔为研究对象,通过试验测试和数值仿真的方法研究共振腔气动噪声特性及规律。本文应用专业的流体力学分析软件与声学分析软件耦合,求解管道阀门共振腔噪声及传播特性。通过仿真结果与试验结果相对比,讨论和研究管道和阀门尺寸、流速等因素对噪声频率及声压大小的影响。研究结果表明,声共振现象发生在斯特劳哈数为0.3~0.6的区域内,且声共振频率随流速的增加表现出频率锁定特征,随旁支管长度的增大,声共振频率降低。 Aerodynamic noise characteristics and regulations of resonance cavities were studied by test method and numerical simulation. Fluid mechanics analysis software and acoustic analysis software were used to solve the resonance cavity noise and the sound propagation characteristics of pipeline valves. By comparing simulation results with test results,the influences of the size and flow velocity in the pipeline and valves on sound frequency and sound pressure are discussed.The results show that the phenomenon of acoustic resonance occurs when Strouhal number is in the range of 0.3~0.6,acoustic resonance frequency shows a frequency-locked characteristic with the increase of the flow velocity, and the acoustic resonance frequency decreases with the increase of the side branch length.
