摘要
文章以江苏宿迁恒力·水木清华小区一期为例,运用SWMM模型模拟了该区域传统开发模式下及由四种LID措施组合布设后的LID模式下,在重现期为10年一遇的180min短历时设计暴雨下的径流过程,评估了相比于传统开发模式,LID措施组合的雨洪控制效果。结果表明,LID措施在减小排放口的径流洪峰流量、提高地面蓄水量方面有较明显效果,能够有效地恢复大自然原有的对雨洪的调蓄能力。LID模式能够优化该小区的防洪排涝功能,减轻市政排水管网的运行压力,缓解城市内涝,对海绵城市的建设有着重要的意义。
This article takes the first-stage project of Hengli Shuimuqinghua community in Suqian city, Jiangsu province as an example, by using the SWMM model to simulate runoff process of 10 years recurrence period, 180 minutes short-time design storm under the circumstances of the traditional mode of this area and LID mode that made of 4 kinds of LID facilities. The effect of storm control by LID measure combinations is also assessed comparing with traditional mode. The result indicates that LID measures have obvious effect on reducing the runoff flood peak flux of discharge outlet and on increasing surface storage. It can effectively re-store the regulation and storage capacity that the nature originally has. LID mode is able to optimize the flood control and drainage functions of the community, reduce the operating pressure of municipal drainage network, relieve urban waterlogging and has signifi-cant meaning to the construction of sponge city.
