摘要
数字化造船的今天,从全局出发综合分配船上的空间进行管系的优化布置和安装一直是行业追求的目标。文章基于现代化造船模式,以32米全回转拖轮为例,探讨分段建造过程中,船舶管系的单元组装设计与安装的注意事项,该方法与传统造船模式相比,具有统筹协调和总体优化的特点。
With the development of digital shipbuilding, it is the goal of the industry to comprehensively allocate the space on the ship to optimize the arrangement and installation of the pipe system. Based on the modern shipbuilding model, this paper, taking 32-meter full rotary tug as an example, discusses the questions needing attention in the design and installation of the unit assembly in the course of subsection construction. The method, compared with the traditional shipbuilding mode, has the characteristics of over-all coordination and overall optimization.
