摘要
简要介绍头颅移植及卡纳韦罗等人手术方案后,分析了人类头颅移植存在的科学、伦理学和法律问题,指出人类头颅移植根据目前科学水平头颅移植在不远的将来不可能成功,按照公认的伦理规范头颅移植在伦理学上不可能得到辩护,以及按照我国现行法律头颅移植将是犯罪行为,最后建议我国有关部门加强对新颖生物技术的管理。
This article briefly describes the head transplantation and the surgical plans by Dr. Canavero etc.and then analyzes the scientific,ethical and legal issues in human head transplantation. It points out that it is impossible for the success of human head transplantation in the near future at the current scientific level,it cannot be ethically justified in compliance with accepted ethical norms,and the head transplantation on humans will be judged as crime according to Chinese current laws. Finally it concludes with the recommendations on improving the regulation of novel biotechnologies.
