护士遭受工作场所暴力的原因及对策分析——护理管理视角下对医疗暴力的思考

Analysis of the Causes and Countermeasures of Workplace Violence among Nurses:Thinking of Medical Violence from the Perspective of Nursing Management

医疗暴力的发生对护士身心均会产生深远的不良影响,易产生委屈、愤怒等情绪,而后面对暴力哑忍,职业倦怠感增强,伦理决策能力下降。临床护士遭受工作场所暴力的影响因素主要包括:护患信息不对称、护士应对能力缺乏、患者体验不良、事件处理流程不规范。在护理管理视角下,从加强护士沟通技巧、提高护士暴力应对能力、改善患者体验、规范事件处理流程、提供安全工作支持等几个方面阐述对预防和处理医疗暴力的思考。

The occurrence of medical violence has a far-reaching negative impact on the physical and mental health of nurses,and it is easy to generate grievances,anger and other emotions. Then faced violence,the nurse will be tolerant,the sense of job burnout will increase,and the ability of ethical decision-making will be declining. The influencing factors of workplace violence of clinical nurses mainly include： asymmetric information of nurses and patients,lack of nurses＇ coping ability,poor patient experience,and non-standard process of event handling. From the perspective of nursing management,this paper expounded the thinking of the prevention and treatment of medical violence from aspects of strengthening nurse communication skills,improving the ability of nurses to deal with violence,improving patient experience,standardizing the process of event handling and providing security work support.
