临床护士总体幸福感与工作-家庭冲突现状及其相关性研究

Research on the Correlation and Current Status of General Happiness and Work-Family Conflict in Clinical Nurses

目的调查肝胆外科临床护士总体幸福感与工作-家庭冲突情况,并分析两者间的相关性。方法采用一般资料调查量表、总体幸福感量表与护士工作-家庭冲突多维量表,对西安市某三级甲等医院肝胆外科90名临床名士进行问卷调查。结果肝胆外科临床护士总体幸福感得分为(93.94±15.39),工作-家庭冲突总分为(53.06±9.09),时间冲突维度得分为(20.54±3.43),压力冲突维度得分为(18.247±2.98),行为冲突维度得分为(14.26±4.05),其总体幸福感与工作-家庭冲突总评呈负相关(P<0.05),与时间冲突维度、压力冲突维度呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论肝胆外科临床护士总体幸福感较高,工作家庭冲突情况处于中等水平,且其总体幸福感受工作-家庭冲突影响,减轻护士工作-家庭压力冲突,有助于提高临床护士的总体幸福感。

Objective： To investigate the condition of general happiness and work-family conflict of clinical nurses in department of hepatobiliary surgery,and to analyze the correlation between them. Methods： Using the general information questionnaire,general happiness scale and multidimensional scale of nurses ＇work-family conflict,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 90 clinical nurses of the department of hepatobiliary surgery in a class A tertiary hospital in Xi＇an. Results： The general happiness score of clinical nurses in hepatobiliary surgery department was（93. 94 ± 15. 39）,the total work-family conflict score was（53. 06 ± 9. 09）,the time conflict dimension score was（20. 54 ± 3. 43）,the stress conflict dimension score was（18. 247 ± 2. 98）,and the behavioral conflict dimension score was（14. 26 ± 4. 05）. The general happiness was negatively related to total score of work-family conflict（P〈 0. 05）,the time conflict dimension and the pressure conflict dimension（P〈 0. 01）.Conclusion： The general happiness of clinical nurses in the department of hepatobiliary surgery was relatively high.The work-family conflict scores were at a moderate level,and the general happiness scores were affected by work-family conflict. Attenuating the work-family conflict of nurses can increase the general happiness of clinical nurses.
