摘要 为研究修形对齿轮副本体温度和齿面压力分布状态的影响,以渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮副为研究对象,基于齿轮箱喷油润滑热流耦合仿真,计算了齿面对流换热系数,综合有限元加载接触分析及齿面摩擦生热理论求得齿面热流密度,计算了齿轮副本体温度分布状况;进而建立热-结构耦合分析模型,计算了齿轮修形量,对比分析了修形前后齿轮副齿面压力、热流密度和本体温度分布状况。结果表明,修形后齿面压力分布状况改善,消除了轮齿啮合过程中载荷突变现象,啮入和啮出区域热流密度大幅度减小,齿轮副摩擦损失和温升减小,本体温度降低。 In order to investigate the effect of gear modification on the bulk temperature and pressure distribution of gear teeth,an involute spur gear pair is taken as the research object. The heat transfer coefficient of tooth surface is calculated based on the heat-flow coupling analysis of gearbox spray lubrication,and the bulk temperature distribution is calculated after calculation of the heat flux of tooth surface based on the finite element loaded contact analysis and the friction heat generation analysis; Then,the thermal-structure coupling analysis model is established,the modification of the gear pair is calculated,and the distribution situations of tooth pressure,heat flux and bulk temperature before and after modification are compared. The result shows that after modification,the pressure distribution of the tooth surface is improved,that is because the load mutation is eliminated in gear meshing process; the heat flux in areas of engaging in and engaging out is substantially reduced; the friction loss and temperature rise are reduced,and the bulk temperature is decreased.
