摘要
天线是卫星通信系统的重要组成部分之一,其工作性能的好坏直接影响通信系统信号传输的质量。而作为天线支撑及实现的机械结构系统对天线的工作特性有着极其重要的影响。针对某型平板天线,利用ANSYS Workbench软件,建立了其简化的结构模型;在此基础上对天线细节特征进行了简化处理,构建了天线结构的有限元模型;根据天线工作环境要求并参考相关资料文献,完成了天线的各项约束条件及边界条件的确定;最后利用ANSYS Workbench的静力学分析模块对模型进行了分析求解,得到了各部分结构应力应变情况,结果表明该天线满足各项指标要求。
Antenna is one of the most important parts of satellite communication system,and its working performance directly affects the quality of signal transmission in the communication system. The mechanical structure system,as the support and base of the antenna,has an extremely important influence on the working characteristics of the antenna. The simplified structure model of a certain plate antenna is established by using the ANSYS Workbench software,on this basis,the detail characteristics of the antenna are simplified and the finite element model of antenna structure is constructed. According to the requirements of the antenna working environment and references,the constraints and boundary conditions of the antenna are determined. Finally,the model is analyzed and solved by the ANSYS Workbench' s statics analysis module,and the stress and strain conditions of each part are obtained. The results show that the antenna could meet the requirements of each index.
