摘要
钻探施工时水平钻机的稳定性和受力情况至关重要。依据水平钻机的实际工作状态,采用Solid Works软件建立水平钻机的三维模型,通过ANSYS有限元软件对其进行了模态及刚度分析,得出水平钻机机架的固有频率和振型,分析出机架厚度和高度的调整对机架固有频率的影响有限;对水平钻机机架整体进行静态分析,依据施工情况调整约束,重新分析机架的受力情况,调节顶铁使得整机的受力更加均匀,为后续水平钻机的施工和改进设计提供依据。
The stability and force condition of the horizontal drilling rig are very important during the drilling process. According to the actual working state of horizontal drilling,three-dimensional model of horizontal drilling is built based on the SolidWorks software,and the modal and stiffness analysis are carried out by using the ANSYS software to obtain the inherent frequency and vibration mode of the horizontal drill frame. It is found that the adjustment to the thickness and height of the frame has little effect on the inherent frequency of the frame. Static analysis on the frame of horizontal drilling rig is conducted by using the ANSYS software,adjusting the constraints according to the construction situation,and the force analysis of the frame is reanalyzed,the results show that changing the top iron could make the stress be uniform. It could provide basis for the construction and subsequent design of the horizontal rig.
