摘要 高强钢弯曲件的的起皱畸变、减薄拉裂以及变形不同步等缺陷严重威胁其使用性和安全性。基于有限元软件平台DYNAFORM,建立弯曲成形三维有限元模型,根据弯曲件的壁厚变化率的分布云图、侧壁板和顶底板的位移结果分析不同宽高比a/b对管坯弯曲后截面畸变的影响规律。 The defects such as wrinkling distortion,thinning and cracking and unsynchronized deformation of the bending tubes of high strength steel seriously threaten its usability and safety. Based on the finite element software platform DYNAFORM,the three-dimensional finite element model of bending forming is established. According to the distribution of the wall thickness variation rate of the bending tubes,the displacement results of the side panels and the top and bottom plates,the effect law of different aspect ratio a/b on the distortion of the tube after bending is analyzed.
