摘要
重型燃气轮机组合转子拉杆螺栓蠕变松弛试验时间非常漫长,过程极其复杂,不可能以原型尺寸进行试验。提出一种基于相似理论的不同尺寸组合转子拉杆螺栓蠕变松弛建模方法。建立完全相似缩尺模型,缩短试验周期;考虑工程实际中模化缩小模型存在尺寸畸变,在完全相似模型的基础上建立畸变相似缩尺模型,得出畸变相似预测系数来对畸变模型进行修正。实现通过畸变相似模型反演原型组合转子拉杆螺栓蠕变松弛引起的组合转子动力学性能变化规律的目的。
The test period of creep relaxation of gas turbine combined rotor rod bolts is extremely long and the process is extremely complicated,so it is not realistic to test with the prototype size of combined rotor. To solve these problems,a modeling method based on the similarity theory is proposed for the creep relaxation of different size combined rotors rod bolts. A completely similarity scaled model is established to shorten the test period. Considering the existence of dimensional distortion of the scaled model in engineering practice,a distortion similarity scaled model is established on the basis of the completely similarity scaled model,and the distortion similarity prediction coefficient is obtained to correct the distortion model. The purpose of this paper is to invert the variation of the kinetic performance of the prototype combined rotor caused by the creep relaxation of rod bolts by using the distortion similarity model.
