摘要
随着机载高密度计算机应用越来越广泛,热设计成为整机设计最重要的设计内容之一。在整机方案设计和详细设计阶段,通过仿真软件进行仿真,并进行对比分析,最终确定合适的设计方案。通过仿真软件FLOTHERM对一种机载计算机进行了热设计和分析,通过多次迭代仿真,最终满足用户要求。
With the wide application of high density airborne computer,thermal design has become one of the most important design contents for overall design. In the stage of overall scheme design and detail design,appropriate scheme design is determined finally by applying the simulation software for thermal design and comparative analysis. In this paper,the thermal design and analysis of an airborne computer is carried out by the FLOTHERM,and the result could meet the users' requirements ultimately through repeated iterative simulation.
