全自动小型龙门式洗车机系统设计

Systematic Design for the Automatic Small Gantry Car Washer

设计了一套自动电脑洗车机,该机适用于对轿车、吉普车、小型面包车等厢式车型的车辆进行清洗、打蜡和风干。该系统为用户提供了控制操作面板,通过操作面板来控制系统的自动运行,也可通过操纵分程序按钮,进行某单项独立工序的操作。所设计的洗车机采用PLC作为控制器,能够实现自动洗车过程,既满足汽车清洗速度快、效率高的要求,又能节水环保且设备投资较低。

A set of automatic computer car washer is designed in this paper,which is suitable for washing,waxing,and drying the vehicles of van type,such as cars,jeeps,minivans,and so on. In this system,control operation panel is provided,so the users could not only control the automatic operation of the system through the control operation panel,but also carry out the operation of a single independent process through controlling the sub-program button. Adopting the PLC as the controller,the designed car washer can realize automatic washing process,thus it could meet the auto cleaning requirements like fast speed,high efficiency,water conservation and low equipment investment.
