煤矿井下坑道钻机给进装置支梁优化设计

摘要 针对铸造零部件加工周期长、污染严重等问题,采用铸造零部件改为焊接零部件的设计思路,优化设计了一种煤矿井下坑道钻机给进装置的焊接支梁,并通过三维建模和有限元分析软件ABAQUS进行静力学分析,验证了其性能的可靠性,为类似的优化设计提供了参考。 In view of the long processing cycle and serious pollution of the foundry parts,and the design idea of the casting spare parts to be changed into welding parts is realized. A kind of welding support beam was optimization designed for a coal mine tunnel drilling rig. The static analysis is carried out by the three-dimensional modeling and the finite element analysis software ABAQUS,which verifies the reliability of its performance. It provides a reference for similar optimization design.
