摘要
针对直升机经典航向控制是通过向微动开关的信号控制并联舵机离合器工作,实现航向通道功能逻辑的切换,提出了一种新型的控制逻辑实现对离合器和航向状态控制。该种控制逻辑方式,解决了虚假信号对航向状态的影响,提高了航向控制精度。通过试飞数据结果表明,该方法切实有效,解决了飞行中短时蹬舵引起了航向控制精度差的问题,同时达到了正常操纵蹬脚蹬时经典控制方法的精度。
In the classical heading control of helicopter,the parallel steering gear clutch is controlled by the signals of micro switches to realize the logical switching of heading channel function. In view of that,a new kind of control logic is proposed to realize the clutch and heading state control. This control logic mode could solve the influence of false signal on the heading state,and improve the heading control accuracy. The test data show that the method is feasible and it solves the problem of poor control of heading accuracy caused by the short-term pedal rudder during the flight. At the same time,accuracy of the classical control method when the normal pedal is reached could be achieved.
