Fault Analysis of EB Safety Loop of CRH5G EMU

以CRH5G型动车组EB安全环路为研究对象,分析了其组成、动作原理及功能,并将安全环路误动作导致动车组停车的故障点进行分析,得出其故障的检查方法,设计安全环路旁路,明确安全环路旁路的使用及故障的应急处理方式,为动车组实际应用提供了理论依据。

Taking the EB safety loop of the CRH5 G EMU as the research subject,the composition,action principle and function of the EMU CRH5 G EMU are analyzed,and the fault points of the EMU parking caused by the malfunction of the safety loop are also analyzed in this paper. Then the inspection methods are obtained. The safety loop bypass is designed,and the use of safety loop bypass and failure of the emergency treatment are clarified,thus it would offer the theoretical basis for the practical application of EMU.
