摘要
对美国休闲越野车标准ANSI/ROHVA 1-2011中规定的翻滚保护结构测试项目进行了技术分析,结合具体的测试情况对测试方法和测试过程进行介绍,解读其中的技术壁垒并结合新开发的以能量为控制参数的试验台架开展了试验分析,为全地形车出口美国需要进行的翻滚保护结构测试提供试验及设计支持。
The ROPS( Roll-Over Protective Structures) test stipulated in the United States SUV standard ANSI/ROHVA 1-2011 is analyzed in this paper,and the test methods and testing process are introduced combining with the specific test cases.The technical barriers are analyzed and the experimental analysis is then carried out through combining with the new test bench with energy as the control parameter. The study could provide test and design support for the ROPS test that is needed by the ATV( All Terrain Vehicles) exported to the United States.
