摘要
为了获得小型固体火箭为空间释放及展开动力源的某空间柔性伞展开过程的动态特性规律,建立了包括伞衣、刚性骨架及铰连接部件在内的刚柔耦合动力学模型,在多体动力学软件Recur Dyn中模拟了空间飞行器的展开过程。结果表明:伸缩杆的瞬间碰撞力是持续接触力的近百倍;点火药量越大,柔性伞机构的振动情况越复杂。
In order to obtain dynamic behaviour law of a space flexible umbrella which takes small solid rocket served as space release and power source,the rigid-flexible coupling model,including umbrella,rigid structure and joints,were built. The unfolding process of spacecraft was simulated in the multi-body dynamics software,Recur Dyn. According to analysis results: the impact force between member bars is nearly 100 times as constant contact force; and the greater the ignition dose,the greater vibration of flexible umrella structure.
