基于层次分析法和模糊综合评判的装备保障人员能力评估

Ability Evaluation of Equipment Support Staff Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Synthetic

为进一步掌握基层装备保障人员的能力水平,从基层装备保障人员的属性特点入手,分析构建能力指标体系,为克服以往经验判断和评估中存在模糊性的问题,采用层次分析和模糊评判的方法对基层装备保障人员能力水平进行综合评估。计算结果表明,该方法合理有效,进一步提升了评估的准确性。

In order to master the ability of basic staff in equipment support,this paper starts from the characteristics of the basic equipment support staff,analyzes and builds the capability index system,and in order to overcome the past experience judgment and evaluation ambiguity,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy synthetic evaluation method are used to evaluate the ability of equipment support staff at the basic level. The simulation results show that the method is reasonable and effective,and the accuracy of the evaluation was further improved.
