摘要
内嵌预压式大量程光纤光栅(fiber Bragg grating,FBG)智能钢绞线解决了光纤光栅传感器监测量程不够的难题。为了保证光纤光栅智能钢绞线的应力应变测量精度,通过理论分析和静载试验标定了智能钢绞线FBG传感器的主要传感性能指标,并对传感器理论和试验应变灵敏度的误差进行分析,试验结果表明FBG传感器的传感性能满足工程要求,试验应变灵敏度Kε不小于1.17 pm/με,迟滞≤1.5%、线性度≤1%、重复性误差≤2.5%,总精度≤3%。
The large range intelligent steel strand with FBG sensor prepressing embedded in groove solves the key difficult problem of insufficient FBG sensor monitoring range. In order to ensure the measuring precision of FBG Intelligent steel strand,the main sensing performance indexes of FBG sensor are analyzed and tested by theoretical analysis and experimental calibration. And the differences in theoretical and experimental sensitivity of FBG sensor are analyzed. The test results show that the sensing performance of FBG sensor satisfies the engineering requirements,the test strain sensitivity Kεis not less than 1. 17 pm/με,the hysteresis is ≤1. 5%,the linearity is ≤1%,the repeatability error is ≤ 2. 5%and the total accuracy is ≤3%.
