广深港客专狮子洋隧道照明系统改造防腐措施的探讨

摘要 通过对广深港客专狮子洋隧道照明系统供电设施的现状调查与分析,针对隧道内高潮湿、高盐分、强腐蚀等特点,提出隧道照明系统防腐蚀控制措施:(1)配电箱(柜)设备外壳的材质采用防腐蚀性强的材料316L不锈钢并加喷涂船舰漆;(2)照明灯具表面加一层氧化铝薄膜,以提升设备使用寿命;(3)电力电缆增加铅护套层,以提高电缆防潮抗腐能力;(4)配电箱(柜)采用双层结构,照明灯具采用光源室和驱动电路室相互独立结构,以提高产品自身的防腐结构设计;(5)照明供电及控制系统进行优化设计,减少控制开关和电源设备,以减少设备数量和日常维护工作量,达到良好的维护管理。 Through the investigation and analysis of the current lighting system of Shiziyang Tunnel on Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hongkong dedicated passenger line and according to the local conditions of high humidity,high salt and highly corrosion in the tunnel,this paper puts forward anti-corrosion measures for tunnel lighting system:( 1) the distribution box( cabinet) shell adopts the strong corrosion resistance-316 L stainless steel coated with ship paint;( 2) a layer of aluminum oxide film is added on the surface of the lighting lamp to extend its service life;( 3) a layer of lead sheath is provided on the electric power cable to improve its damp proof and corrosion resistance;( 4) the box( cabinet) adopts double layer structure,the lighting lamp employs separate light room and drive circuit chamber to improve the anti-corrosion structural design;( 5)the lighting power supply and control system reduce the control switches and power supply equipments so as to reduce the number of equipments and routine maintenance workload and to achieve good maintenance management
