Practice and Reflection on Promiting the Quality of Workers through Reading Activities:Taking Lianyungang Federation of Trade Unions as an Example

读书活动对于促进职工整体素质提升具有重要意义。以连云港市总工会职工读书活动为研究案例,阐述了连云港市职工读书活动的现状,总结了职工读书活动促进职工素质提升的成效,在分析新形势对职工读书活动提出新要求的基础上,提出了进一步深化读书活动推进职工素质提升的对策思考。

Reading activities are of great significance in promoting and enhancing the overall quality of workers.Taking the reading activities of the staff of Lianyungang Federation of Trade Unions as a case study,this paper expounds the current situation of the reading activities of the staff in Lianyungang Federation of Trade Unions,and summarizes the effects of the staff reading activities on improving the quality of workers.On the basis of analyzing the new requirements of the new situation for the staff reading activities,it puts forward some countermeasures for further reading activities and improving the quality of workers.
