“异质性社会”对大学生的影响及其对策

Influence of “Heterogeneous Society” on College Students and Its Countermeasures

当今社会具有多元的价值选择,呈现出一定的异质性。这种"异质性社会"在很大程度上区别于"同质性社会"中领导者统一命令和统一行动的方式。当前"异质性社会"对大学生的价值观具有很强冲击和思想碰撞,这使得高校思想政治教育工作具有其特殊性:在主流价值观的引领下允许多元的价值选择;使合理的价值判断共生以推进和谐稳定;在潜移默化中渗透思想政治教育工作。因此,提出推行一个核心价值观教育、两种方式合力教育、三全育人教育和四德文化素养教育的"一二三四"教育模式,以消解"异质性社会"影响的对策。

Today＇s society has multiple value choices,showing certain heterogeneity.To a great extent,this＂heterogeneous society＂is different from the way of leaders＇ unified command and unified action in＂homogenous society＂.The current＂heterogeneous society＂brings a strong impact and ideological collision on college students＇ values,which makes the ideological and political education work has its particularity：under the guidance of the mainstream values,multiple values are allowed to allow the rational value judgment to symbiotic to promote harmony and stability,and the ideological and political education is infiltrated in a subtle and subtle way.Therefore,this paper puts forward the implementation of＂1234＂education,that is,a core values education,two ways of joint education,three full education and four culture literacy education,to eliminate the influence of＂heterogeneous society＂.
