在国家提出"大众创业,万众创新"的时代背景下,高校深化人才培养模式改革、加强创新创业教育是大势所趋。分析了辅导员在高校双创教育中的角色,作为高校学生教育管理工作的一线人员,在"双创型"人才培养的实施中有着重要的责任和使命,同时也面临着新的挑战,工作的内容和方式都需要创新。在"双创"背景下,探讨了高校辅导员工作创新路径。

In the era of＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂,universities should deepen the reform of personnel training mode and strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship education.As the frontline personnel of the education management of college students,the counselors have an important responsibility and mission in the implementation of the＂double innovative＂talent training,and also face new challenges.The contents and methods of the work need to be innovating.This paper analyzes the role of counselors in the double innovative education in colleges and universities,expounds the challenges faced by the work of the counselors under the background of＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂,and summarizes the innovation path of college counselors under the background of＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂.
