The paper takes a SWOT analysis of constructing Sanming Demonstration Area of Sports and Medical Treatment Blending,lists its chance and challenge,and proposes developing strategies,such as making related supporting policy and having special fund depending on national policies; strengthening cultivation of talents in this aspects; exploring its operating model in prefecture-level city; reducing negative effects and preventing and controlling practice risks.
