连花清瘟颗粒辅治儿童传染性单核细胞增多症疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of Lianhua Qingwen granule on children with infectious mononucleosis

目的观察连花清瘟颗粒联合更昔洛韦治疗儿童传染性单核细胞增多症的临床效果。方法选取2012年3月至2017年3月郑州市第三人民医院儿科收治住院的传染性单核细胞增多症患儿62例为研究对象,随机分为观察组32例和对照组30例。观察组采用连花清瘟颗粒联合更昔洛韦治疗,对照组单纯给予更昔洛韦治疗,疗程7~14d。观察比较两组临床疗效及临床症状体征缓解时间。结果观察组总有效率为90.7%(29/32),显著高于对照组70.0%(21/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组体温恢复正常时间,咽峡炎、颈部淋巴结肿大缓解时间,肝、脾回缩时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论连花清瘟颗粒联合更昔洛韦治疗儿童传染性单核细胞增多症,能明显缩短发热时间及迅速改善临床症状,提高疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Lianhua Qingwen granule combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of infectious mononucleosis in children.Methods A total of 62 cases of infectious mononucleosis who were treated in the Third People＇s Hospital of Zhengzhou from March 2012 to March2017 were selected and divided into two groups：32 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group.The observation group was treated with Lianhua Qingwen granule combined with ganciclovir,while the control group was given ganciclovir only,the course of treatment being 7 to 14 days.The clinical efficacy and relief time of clinical symptoms and signs in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.7%（29/32）,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（70.0%,21/30）,the difference being statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The time of the temperature returning to normal,the remission time of angina and the swelling of the neck lymph node and the retraction time of liver and spleen were significantly shorter in observation group than those in the control group,the difference being statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Lianhua Qingwen granule combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of IM can significantly shorten the fever time and rapidly improve the clinical symptoms and the curative effect.
