摘要
采用"身体自尊量表"和"PARS-3体育活动等级量表",测查270名大学生的身体自尊和体育锻炼情况。结果表明:体育锻炼对体质健康和身体自尊有积极的影响效应;在体育锻炼对体质健康的影响作用中,运动强度和持续锻炼运动时间的影响作用较大。在体育锻炼对身体自尊的影响作用中,运动强度的影响作用较大;体质健康对身体自尊的影响作用中,只有立定跳远的影响作用较大;体育锻炼可以直接预测体质健康和身体自尊,也可以通过体质健康预测身体自尊。
The author used Physical Self-esteem Measuring Table and PARS-3 Sports Activity Level Measuring Table measuring the physical self-esteem and physical exercise situation of 270 college students.The results have shown that physical exercise has positive influence on physical health and physical self-esteem.In the influence of physical exercise on physical health,the influence of exercise intensity and continuous exercising time is significant.In the influence of physical exercise on physical self-esteem,the influence of exercise intensity is significant.In the influence of physical health on physical self-esteem,only standing long jump shows significant influence.Physical exercise can predict physical health and physical self-esteem directly.Physical self-esteem may also be predicted by physical health.
