摘要
目的:探讨移动健身APP对大学生体育锻炼行为意向和行为习惯的影响及其作用机制。方法:选取80名女大学生为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组各40名,实验组进行3次/周,共计12周的健身类APP使用干预,在实验前后分别对大学生进行体育锻炼行为意向和行为习惯进行测量。结果:(1)实验后实验组大学生体育锻炼行为意向和行为习惯得分显著高于实验前(P<0.01),效应值分别是0.512和0.452,属于中等效应;(2)实验后不同组别大学生体育锻炼行为意向和习惯得分存在显著性差异,实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:(1)健身类APP可以有效促进大学生的体育锻炼行为意向及习惯。(2)健身类APP是通过目标设定、自我监控、个性化设置及社会互动促进个体体育锻炼意向和行为的改善。(3)健身类APP可以作为督促大学生体育锻炼健康促进的有效手段。
This experimental research aims to find out the promotion and its mechanism the fitness Apps have on female college students' behavioral inclination and habits of physical exercises.Research method goes like this:choose randomly 80 female college students as research subjects and then divide them randomly into experimental group and contrast group.Intervene the contrast group with fitness apps at 3 times a week,up to 12 weeks altogether.Then compare the results of the two groups before and after the experiment.Results:(1)After the experiment,the experimental group saw a prominently higher score(P〈0.01)in the behavioral inclination and habits of physical exercises.(2)After the experiment,the result saw a clear difference on the scores of behavioral inclination and habits of physical exercises between the two groups,with the score of the experimental group notably higher than that of the contrast group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:(1)Fitness apps could have an effective promotion on female college students' behavioral inclination and habits of physical exercises.(2)The ways fitness apps could help promoting individuals' behavioral inclination and habits of physical exercises were through target setting,self supervision,individualized setting and social interaction.(3)Fitness apps were feasible in improving college students' physical exercises and health.
