摘要
大学生作为潜在人力资源的重要组成,其人力资源质量的提升对人力资源强国的建设举足轻重。自编《大学生人力资源质量影响因素问卷》,运用SPSS18.0进行探索性因子分析,得到大学生人力资源质量的影响因素有"课程教学、师资素质、校企合作、信息技术、校园文化、自我开发"共6个;运用AMOS15进行验证性因子分析并探究各因子影响路径,得到的较优模型MB2表明,"师资素质、自我开发、课程教学"对大学生人力资源质量有直接影响,其他因素有间接影响;最终根据较优模型MB2提出大学生人力资源质量提升的建议。
China is shifting from a big nation of human resources to a strong nation of human resources. The college students,as an important part of potential human resources,play an important role in promoting the quality of human resources and constructing strong nations of human resources. In this research,we design Questionnaire about Influence Factors on Quality of Human Resources of College Students and apply SPSS18. 0 to studying the six influence factors,namely,"course teaching,quality of teachers,cooperation between college and enterprises,information technology,college culture,self-development". Moreover,AMOS15 is applied to test the influence factors and study the influence path. The better model MB2 derived from the study indicates that such factors as " quality of teachers,self-development,and course teaching" have a direct influence on the quality of human resources and other factors have only indirect influence. According to the optimized model MB2,we put forward some suggestions with regard to promoting the quality of human resources.
