Mobile Learning highlights learners’ initiative in learning and ref ects the teaching concepts of the Constructivism Theory. in Finance teaching in Guangdong Open University, learners are encountered with excessive information in Finance and conflicts of work-study. The Mobile Learning-based Finance teaching mode is featured with integration of learners’ needs, mobile learning devices, mobile learning system, and evaluation for mobile learning. This model can satisf es learners’ individualized and diversifed needs and enhance teaching in Finance.
