城镇街道失业人员就业创业研究——以顺德大良街道为例

A Study of the Employment and Entrepreneurship of Unemployed Workers in Daliang Urban Street

大良街道失业人员学历职称普遍偏低,上岗技能缺乏,求职方式单一,对政策了解不多,缺乏创业资金,加上社企合作较少,就业创业有较多的困难。原因主要是培训缺乏持续性,部门联动缺机制,就业观念较落后,岗位开发挖掘少。因此,政府应加强就业创业宣传,开展就业创业培训,开发统筹就业岗位,形成就业创业合力,帮助失业人员顺利实现再就业。

There exist diff culties in the employment and entrepreneurship of the unemployed in Daliang Street because the unemployed workers’ qualif cations are generally low, lacking job skills and entrepreneurial funds, poor in job search skills and the understanding of the policy, and with insufficient cooperation in social enterprises. The main reason is the lack of consistent training, lack of communication mechanism among government departments, and relatively backward in the concept of employment and less job opportunities. Therefore, the government should strengthen the publicity of the issue, undertake job training, jointly create jobs and make a concerted effort to achieve re-employment for the unemployed .
