医学模拟教育在国外关节镜技能培训中的应用与进展

Application and Development of Medical Simulation Education in Specialized Training of Arthroscopy Skill

医学模拟教育是未来医学教育中的一片蓝海,以腔镜为基础的内镜外科是当今医学科学的发展趋势。在运动医学领域,关节镜技能培训是一大难题。结合时代背景下,整合医学模拟教育的关节镜技能培训便应运而生。与中国目前还处于初级阶段的关节镜培训现状相比,欧美国家已经形成较为成熟的关节镜模拟培训体系。因此,通过借鉴与整合不同的关节镜培训方法,形成一套适合中国国情的关节镜技能培训方案,是当前在关节镜技能培训领域中亟待解决的问题。

Medical simulation education is an unique area in the future medical education. Endoscopic surgery is a trend in the development of medical science. In the field of sports medicine,the training of arthroscopy skills is a major problem. Combined with medical simulation education,the training of arthroscopic skills has a strong momentum of development. However,western countries have formed a mature training system for arthroscopic training compared to our country. Therefore,it is an urgent problem to form a standardized training program for arthroscopic skills by integrating various training methods in China.
