Productive Preservation of Traditional Medical Knowledge of Ethnic Minorities

生产性保护是对我国非物质文化遗产保护路径的探索,传统技艺、传统美术和传统医药是其主要适用对象。在实践中,少数民族传统医药知识生产性保护面临着"生产"与"保护"的矛盾、知识产权归属与惠益分享矛盾、药材获取困难等困境,再度普查、摸清家底,加强制度建设是破除瓶颈、实现保护的重要路径。

Productive preservation is one of the ways for the preservation of intangible cultural heritage which can be used in the protection of traditional crafts, traditional arts and traditional medicine. In practice, a productive preservation of the traditional medical knowledge of ethnic minorities bring about contradictions of production against preservation, ownership of intellectual property against participation of interests. It also faces a difficult situation in acquisition of medical resources. An important way to solve the problems and realize preservation lies in a new general survey of the actual conditions and a reinforcement of institutional construction.
